12-month workmanship warranty.

What is covered

Our workmanship is covered for 12 months from the date the repair is completed. If a fault within the specific repaired area is confirmed to have resulted from our workmanship, we will return and put that workmanship right without charge.

The warranty applies only to the repair described in the agreed estimate or invoice. It does not extend to surrounding tiles, grout, fittings or parts of the pool that we did not repair.

Pool water must be maintained

Pool chemicals must be kept reasonably stable and within the levels recommended for the pool, its finish and the products being used. Excessive or poorly balanced pH, sanitiser, alkalinity, calcium hardness, salt or other chemical levels can damage grout, adhesives, finishes and metal fittings.

If a warranty claim is made, we may test the pool water and ask about recent treatment or maintenance. Where testing and the available evidence show that seriously unbalanced water chemistry caused or materially contributed to the failure, the workmanship warranty will not cover that damage.

What is not covered

• Pre-existing damage or problems outside the agreed repair area.
• Structural movement, settlement, cracking, leaks or failure of the pool shell or surrounding substrate.
• Damage caused by impact, misuse, neglect, unsuitable chemical treatment or incorrect pool operation.
• Repairs altered, disturbed or worked on by another person after our work is completed.
• Normal wear, ageing, staining or colour differences between new and existing materials.

Your legal rights

This workmanship warranty is provided in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you may have under applicable Spanish consumer law.
